Several used dealerships had one here and there but Basil had a couple, all in one place, and Joe helped us test drive them all in one morning. He made knowledgeable comments and thoughtful observations about the cars throughout. When I had questions about specs, he was able to find out the answers quickly. He provided a low pressure and positive car shopping and buying experience! After the test drive, he brought the car to the mechanic to have a sensor double checked, and had the detailer give it a refresh for us. We received 2 keys, transparent financing (with a decent rate) and open communication. Thanks Again! DealerRater Apr 6, 2026 Purchased a 2022 Jeep Compass back in September 2025. Passenger mirror glass with broke at purchase, 7 months later glass was finally in to be replaced. Went through 2 people trying to get it fixed. Cherish was the third and the one who got it done! She went above and beyond to get this issue fixed! This dealership definitely needs more employees like her!!!! DealerRater Mar 13, 2026 I purchased a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L and documented a dent and back scratches on a sheet the day I picked up the car, since I was told that “you won’t notice dents or scratches,”. The three days I had the jeep I noticed something new everytime I went to go drive it, I called on the third day of having the car that I was upset and I was told to bring it back. When I returned to pick up the vehicle, I was told it was “done” and that the entire jeep had been wet waxed — but only the back was done, which was confirmed on speaker with the tech. The dent I noted was not fixed, and a new scratch had appeared. I was also falsely told I yelled at staff, and repeatedly reminded that the dealership didn’t make money on my sale. Overall, promises were broken, work was incomplete, and I found the experience unprofessional. I will not be back. Then their \"refundable\" $500 deposit has still yet to be given back to me! It's been over 7 business days and I'm now being ignored by all 3 of the people at Basil Resale. Made an appointment online with “Annie Smith” who we learned was AI. We arrived at our \"appointment\" and assumed we would be greeted by the salesperson we were told to meet. Instead, after we could not find a parking space except next to the front door, as I put our vehicle in park there was knock on my window to tell me I could not park there. When I said there was nowhere else to park and we had an appointment, he asked with who and let us park. That person, not who we were told we would meet, then became our salesperson...not a good start. When he shook my hand he asked why we were there, I said we had an appointment to test drive a vehicle. He then reached into his pocket and said he had the keys…like that’s not weird. I also assumed with an appointment to test drive the car, an European luxury vehicle, it would be ready for our arrival. Instead the salesperson walked away and returned with another person who he introduced as his trainee that had to go get the vehicle. So even with an appointment we had to wait for it to be brought around, covered in snow and ice. We had to scrape the gunk off to even see if the exterior had damage.
